Week 7 Progress

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐ŸŽจWEEK 7 weigh-in! Up from last week, but we also upped the physical activities and weight training. We treated ourselves to a Galentineโ€™s Day feast and enjoyed the sweets from the past week too. This week we are going to focus on extra hydration, meeting the #letsgetphysicalchallenge guidelines, and cycling our intermittent fasting.
