This is so easy, it’s almost not a recipe. Something about the egg and the tuna mixed with the mayo is like perfection in a bowl.
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 2 pouches of tuna
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 stalk of diced celery
- chopped pickled jalapeños to taste
- salt/pepper/dill to taste
- Gather ingredients and mash into a bowl.
- Adjust ingredients to taste - store in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve on toast, as a dip with your favorite chips, or as a salad topper.
