  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 2 squirts of sugar free Tang or Sunny D
  • Optional: 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt for extra creaminess

Instructions

  1. Blend ice with milk, vanilla extract, powdered sweetener, and sugar free Tang. Optional - add plain yogurt if you want it to be creamier.ย
